While we are closed you can still complete your Accelerated Reader quizzes. These can be completed between 9am and 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.

There are lots of books that you can do reading quizzes on. You can use Accelerated Reader Book finder to check a book level and find all the information you may need.
Accessing free eBooks at home
There are lots of eBooks available for free online:
Kent County Council eLending Library
Kent County Council Libraries service can provide access to a wide variety of books that you can take out on loan and read on a computer, phone or tablet. We advise that adults supervise children to access this site to help ensure that children only access books suitable for their age group.
You will need a library card to use this service. A library card can be registered and activated for online use here.

Here’s a link to a super resource which we’re very excited about! It’s absolutely packed with bite-size poems, illustrations, stories and other snippets from over 100 writers. Perfect for a quick bedtime /anytime read with children at home, but perfect when we’re all back in the classroom too. If you read nothing else, turn to page 76 and just read to page 78. It’s beautiful.
